Summer is here and looks like the monsoons have arrived to the delight of our gardens. The brewers are starting to play with some cherries with thoughts to incorporate them into sour brown ale for aging.  On the BBQ it might be time for nice bone in rib eye with the dried cherry and coffee rub.  Grilled onions cut thick and drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper could compliment the plate and your palate.  Pair the meal with a Backside Stout and enjoy the sunset.
